This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on LE NON-DIT.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All LE NON-DIT products are made-to-order and produced individually after purchase.
We ship worldwide using third-party logistics providers and international carriers.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production and processing before shipment.
Processing time may be extended during:
- high order volume periods;
- product launches;
- holidays;
- supply chain disruptions;
- quality control delays.
LE NON-DIT reserves the right to adjust processing times without prior notice.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- USA & Canada: 4–8 business days
- Europe (EU/UK/EEA): 5–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Middle East & Africa: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order composition.
Promotional free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are subject to change or suspension at any time.
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:
- the sole responsibility of the customer;
- not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated;
- non-refundable under any circumstance unless required by law.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in:
- shipment delays;
- return to sender;
- disposal or abandonment by customs authorities.
LE NON-DIT is not responsible for customs refusal, seizure, destruction, or abandonment of shipments.
6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
LE NON-DIT is not responsible for:
- lost packages;
- stolen packages after delivery;
- misdelivered shipments;
- incorrect delivery scanning by carriers;
- delays caused by shipping carriers or logistics partners.
Tracking information provided by the carrier shall be considered valid evidence of shipment progress.
7. “Delivered” Status & Non-Receipt Claims
If a tracking number shows “delivered,” but the customer reports non-receipt:
- the customer must first contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation;
- LE NON-DIT may assist but does not guarantee replacement or refund;
- claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the delivery date.
LE NON-DIT is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LE NON-DIT is not responsible for:
- incorrect addresses;
- incomplete addresses;
- outdated addresses;
- missing apartment/unit numbers;
- typographical errors entered by the customer.
If a shipment is undeliverable due to address issues, it may be returned to sender.
9. Returned to Sender (RTS) / Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:
- incorrect address;
- refusal to accept delivery;
- failure to collect from carrier;
- unpaid customs duties;
- missed delivery attempts;
the order shall be considered fulfilled in terms of production and fulfillment obligation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LE NON-DIT is not obligated to refund RTS orders;
- reshipment requires a new order to be placed;
- returned packages may be discarded if not recoverable or damaged in transit;
- LE NON-DIT is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Misrouted Shipments
LE NON-DIT is not liable for delays or failures caused by:
- customs inspections;
- carrier delays or misrouting;
- weather events;
- strikes or labor shortages;
- geopolitical disruptions;
- force majeure events.
In cases of suspected loss, customers must first allow the carrier investigation process to complete.
11. Tracking Information
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Tracking information provided by carriers is considered the primary source of delivery status.
12. Shipping Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- refuse shipping to certain regions or addresses;
- restrict shipments flagged as high-risk;
- cancel orders due to logistics limitations;
- modify carriers or shipping methods without notice.
13. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
LE NON-DIT reserves the right to monitor orders for fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
We may cancel or hold orders that:
- appear fraudulent;
- involve chargeback risk indicators;
- are linked to misuse of promotions or refunds;
- are flagged by payment processors or fraud detection systems.
14. Limitation of Shipping Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LE NON-DIT shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- lost profits or business interruption;
- emotional distress due to delivery delays;
- carrier errors;
- customs delays or seizures;
- package theft after delivery confirmation.
In all cases, shipping-related liability is limited to the value of the purchased item, where legally required.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Where mandatory local laws apply, they shall prevail over this policy.
