By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Withdrawal Policy, our Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Nature of Products
LE NON-DIT is a made-to-order fashion and lifestyle brand.
Products are produced individually after purchase. Slight variations in print placement, embroidery placement, color tone, texture, garment finish, stitching, sizing tolerance, wash effect, or other production characteristics may occur.
Product photos, mockups, campaign images, editorial visuals, AI-assisted visuals, and digital previews are illustrative references only and may not perfectly match the final physical product.
Minor variations do not automatically constitute defects.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review, availability, and fulfillment feasibility.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including where an order appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, commercially exploitative, incorrectly priced, technically inaccurate, or logistically impossible to fulfill.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method where possible.
4. Pricing, Currency, and Errors
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices, availability, shipping fees, promotions, taxes, and duties may change at any time.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, system errors, or inaccurate product information. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where required.
5. Product Information and Care
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides, care information, and any product-specific notes before purchase.
Product care instructions should be followed carefully. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, use, or care is not considered a product defect.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring tracking, and paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Withdrawal Rights
Returns, cancellations, refunds, and EU / EEA / UK withdrawal requests are governed by our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
For EU, EEA, and UK customers, eligible withdrawal requests may be submitted within the applicable statutory period.
For Non-EU / Non-EEA / Non-UK customers, all sales are generally final unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
All LE NON-DIT content, including designs, product names, copy, graphics, logos, artwork, slogans, product photography, videos, editorial concepts, website content, and campaign materials, is owned by or licensed to LE NON-DIT.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, distribute, resell, train AI models on, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the website unlawfully;
- interfere with website security or operation;
- upload malicious code;
- misuse promotions, discounts, referrals, reviews, or affiliate systems;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- submit false, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent claims.
Violation may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of service, or legal action where appropriate.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@lenondit.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are fraudulent, abusive, inaccurate, or inconsistent with our policies and applicable law.
Evidence may include order records, payment records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, fraud screening results, IP logs, and policy acknowledgements.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics tools, marketing tools, and customer support systems.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, platform errors, carrier failures, payment processor decisions, or external service limitations, except where required by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, internet outages, strikes, war, terrorism, government action, customs delays, sanctions, transportation failures, supply chain disruption, or carrier interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution.
Any dispute shall be handled individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law.
